Dave & Kathy’s Villa with Large Private Pool – Tenerife
Our beautiful villa with private pool is set in a private, quiet and serene area on Amarilla golf – Tenerife
Overlooking the 5th fairway our spacious villa is set in a private, quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing “get away from it all” holiday.Surrounding the villa there are gardens with tropical trees, shrubs and flowers with terraces on 2 sides of the property.
On one terrace there is an outdoor eating area with a large table and 6 chairs and the other overlooks the private swimming pool, with low level sofas and a table. There are also 6 very comfortable sun loungers, a helicopter chair and a BBQ.
Internally there are 3 large bedrooms comprising of 2 rooms with King size beds and the other twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, of which is ensuite. Each bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The newly fitted kitchen is complete with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, in fact everything that makes our villa a home from home.
The lounge has 2 large, comfortable 3 seater sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs to seat 6, Satellite/Cable TV (with BBC1, BBC2, ITV stations), a DVD player and radio. There are numerous DVD’s, books and board games available to guests. WiFi is available at a small charge.
We also provide bed linen and towels, beach towels, hair dryers, cot and high chair (at an additional charge).
There is off road parking, close to the Marina, bars and restaurants within walking distance. A good taxi service and 10 minutes from the airport.
